Virtual sessions are coached live. They are not medical treatment. If you have significant medical conditions, restrictions, or injury concerns, disclose them in intake before starting.

How Virtual Works

Simple, structured, and coached. The goal is clean form and real consistency — not random workouts.

2) SetupCamera angle + space + equipment check. We keep it safe.
3) CoachReal-time cues: form, pacing, breathing, modifications.
4) TrackMeasure consistency, strength, stamina, and body change over time.
Camera-on expectation

Cameras stay on so De’Angelo can coach form and keep training safe. If your camera must be off for privacy, choose in-person or request a modified plan (limits apply).

What to do if something hurts

Stop if you feel sharp pain, chest pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath beyond normal exertion. Communicate immediately. Virtual training still carries risk — that’s why we coach form and pacing carefully.
