Form-first coaching
Adult training that builds a body you can keep.
This intake lets us coach you safely — based on your goals, schedule, injury history, and health needs. We train adults for strength, body recomposition, conditioning, injury-aware progress, and performance goals like 5Ks, marathons, military prep, and event-ready physiques. 1 Rule: “CAN’T” is NOT an Option.
How it works: intake → review → schedule → baseline check → program.
If you have significant medical conditions or recent surgery, we may request physician clearance.

Answer honestly. This helps us build a safe plan — especially for injury history, health conditions, and training readiness.
What to expect
Week 1–2:
Baseline check → form cleanup → smart intensity. We build patterns first so you can train hard without getting hurt.
Best weekly rhythm:
- Starter: 1–2 sessions/week + simple home plan
- Best results: 2–3 sessions/week + 1–3 home workouts
- Performance: structured cycles + conditioning + recovery

- Weight loss + tightening
- Strength + joint protection
- Core conditioning + posture
- Injury-aware movement
- 5K/10K/half/marathon blocks
- Military prep / conditioning
